Extreme Alert
Storm Hedge is an optional feature available in both Self-Consumption and Time-of-Use modes. When enabled, alerts from National Weather Service (NWS) automatically activate Emergency Backup mode to prepare for a potential outage, fully charges the battery in advance. When the NWS sends an alert that the weather event has passed, the system automatically returns to its normal mode.
