In the daytime off-peak and midpeak hours, PV generation will be prioritzed to charge the battery while still supplying home loads.
Battery stored energy is discharged to home loads during on-peak hours and at night to lower utility bills.
Battery export to the grid is automatically enabled during on-peak hours when the energy export credit is over $0.8/kWh in August and September.
The Net Billing program is provided in the FranklinWH App under the TOU rate specific with EEC (Energy export credit) built-in automatically for bill saving maximization.
