If the main page of the app shows that there is no connection to the grid power supply, please try the following:

1. Check that your mobile phone has a good and reliable network connection

2. Check the grid for a power outage

3. Restart the app and check the network status

4. Download the latest version of the FranklinWH app and sign in again

5. If all these attempts fail to solve the problem, please contact your installer for support
