Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Consultant specializing in battery production to join our team in Texas. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing batteries. This is a remote, part-time position, requiring 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Compare and evaluate Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), providing informed recommendations on the best options based on expertise and analysis.

- Provide expert guidance and consulting on battery manufacturing processes, ensuring best practices and efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing strategies and solutions.

- Coordinate and communicate with our international teams to align manufacturing processes and standards.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to manufacturing procedures and standards.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or closely related field.

- Experience in the solar industry is preferred, but not required.

- Fluency in both English and Mandarin required.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.

- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
