If the customer account registration fails, you can try to solve the problem with these steps:

1. Check that the account name is correct
2.  Check that the account name has been registered
3.  Check that the network is working normally
4.  Try the registration again
5.  If all these attempts fail to solve the problem, please consult your installer for support
