If the main page of the app shows that there is no connection to the solar system, please try the following for off-grid and on-grid situations.
On-grid: 1. Check that there is sufficient sunlight
2. Check that there is output voltage from the solar inverter, that the inverter output voltage is within the normal range, and that there is input voltage measured within the normal range at the aGate X solar input terminals
3. Check that the solar switch is closed Off-grid:
- Check that there is sufficient sunlight
- Check that there is output voltage from the solar inverter, that the inverter output voltage is within the normal range, and that there is input voltage measured within the normal range at the aGate X solar input terminals
- Check that the solar switch is closed
- Check that the solar relay is working normally:
· If a single aPower X is at 100% SOC the PV relay will be disconnected
· If the photovoltaic power produced is too high, exceeding the battery charging power, the PV relay will be disconnected. If all these attempts fail to solve the problem, please contact FranklinWH for support.
