What if the main page of the FranklinWH app shows no connection to the grid power supply ?

If the main page of the app shows that there is no connection to the grid power supply, please try the following:
1. Check that your mobile phone has a good and reliable network connection
2. Check the grid for a power outage
3. Check if the wiring is normal
4. Measure and check, using a multimeter, that the grid power voltage is at normal level
5. Check that the grid relay has been normally closed
6. Restart the app and check the network status
7. Download the latest version of the FranklinWH app and sign in again
8. Reference the FHP Service Manual
9. If all these attempts fail to solve the problem, please contact FranklinWH for support
