If transfer of ownership is needed for your FranklinWH system, your installer can Unbind you as the owner and Bind the new system owner. If you sell your home, reach out to your installer with [1] the serial number of the aGate (can be located in the app or on the aGate), [2] physical address of the FranklinWH system installation (for confirmation), and [3] your email address.
If your FranklinWH system is financed or leased, the terms of the finance contract or lease agreement need to be resolved with the financial institution prior to transfer of ownership.
