Your FranklinWH account includes personal resources, guides and important updates. With the FranklinWH App, you can do everything from remotely monitoring your home's energy usage, to controlling Smart Circuits, and more.
Creating Your FranklinWH Account
If you don't yet have a FranklinWH account, follow these steps to create it:

Open the FranklinWH App and tap the Sign in button.
- Tap Sign up.

Enter your personal information. You need to read and check the box to accept the user agreement.

Tap Next to enter your account email and password.

Tap Next to get the verification code and then enter it. Do not share this code with anyone.
Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, you can receive a verification email to reset it. Follow these steps:

Open the FranklinWH App and tap the Sign in button.

Tap Forgot password.

Enter your bound email address.

Get the verification code and enter it.

Enter the new password and confirm again.
If you want to change your account password in the FranklinWH App, follow these steps:

Sign in your FranklinWH Account.
- On your energy home screen, tap More, then tap your avatar to enter the Personal Info screen.

Tap Change Password, enter the old and new passwords in sequence and confirm again.
Note: If you are unable to sign in to your FranklinWH account after changing your password, please contact your installer or FranklinWH service team.
Deleting Your FranklinWH Account

Open the FranklinWH App.
- Sign in your FranklinWH Account.

On your energy home screen, tap More, then tap your avatar to enter the Personal Info screen.
- Tap Delete Account, and a pop-up will prompt you to contact the FranklinWH service team.
