Franklin Home Power Solution
You can use Direct Connect to pair the aGate via the FranklinWH App. There are two options for system direct connect: via aGate hotspot or Bluetooth.
Connect via aGate hotspot
Connecting the aGate via a hotspot is preferred. Take the aGate Offline scenario as an example.

On your energy home screen, tap aGate Offline prompt pop-up to jump to the Commission screen, then select Network Setting.
- Default check the Connect via aGate hotspot option. Tap Connect to jump to the phone Wifi setting interface.

Select the aGate hotspot network which is named "AP_last 9 digits of SN".
- Enter the hotspot password. The default password is the 12 digits after the aGate serial number.
Connect via aGate Bluetooth
If the aGate hotspot is unavailable, you can search for it as a Bluetooth device when you are near the aGate. Take the aGate Offline scenario as an example.

On your energy home screen, tap aGate Offline prompt pop-up to jump to the Commission screen, then select Network Setting.
- Check the Connect via aGate Bluetooth option.

Select the aGate Bluetooth which is named "Last 6 digits of FHP_SN".
- Enter the Bluetooth password. The default password is the 12 digits after the aGate serial number.
