System Alerts and Notifications

You may receive push notifications and/or alerts in the FranklinWH App when your system experiences issues that may require basic troubleshooting, or when your system status changes (e.g., Going Off-Grid or Storm Hedge activation). Your phone and the FranklinWH system must be connected to the internet to receive push notifications and alerts.

Note: Internet connection may be unavailable during some grid outages, preventing delivery of FranklinWH App notifications. However, even without the connection, your FranklinWH system is expected to operate normally during an outage.
