On the Device Info page, you can view the current aGate's serial number, the number of connected aPowers, and the energy capacity, etc. Tap the area above the screen to access the device details page and quickly view your device information.
Tap Add Accessories, then select the corresponding accessory. Scan the equipment QR code, or manually input the SN. Tap Complete.
Tap Connect Password, view the aGate Hotspot / Bluetooth name and password. Users may remotely modify the password on the FranklinWH App and, if forgotten, retrieve the password via email.
Tap Maintenance, you can enable maintenance mode by verifying your email and password or entering a verification code. Once enabled, the aPowers will immediately stop running. Solar and grid will continue to supply power to the home.
Tap Warranty to view the limited warranty for your FranklinWH system.
